Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between:

Seller: Misfire Shop, located at Laleli, İstanbul, TürkiyeTax ID: {company.txId}.

Buyer: The person who purchases goods/services through our website (https://misfire.com).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and Distance Sales Regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller’s website.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, model, color, price, and payment terms of the goods/service purchased by the Buyer are as specified in the order summary displayed on the website and sent via email before the conclusion of this Agreement.

4. Delivery Terms

The product(s) shall be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within the period specified in the order confirmation. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or the carrier company.

5. Payment Terms

The Buyer shall pay the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, using the payment methods provided on the website. All payments are securely processed via third-party payment systems.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Please Note: There is NO right of withdrawal, return, or exchange for the products sold on our website.

Due to the nature of the products (personalized or hygiene-sensitive), the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances, except in cases of defective or wrong products delivered by the Seller.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Seller and Buyer shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees or Courts as determined by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
